Expect to be the main guiding light in navigating customs clearance procedures, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements for their imported goods are met.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide regular real-time updates on shipment status and estimated delivery times to customers.
Give clients the needed support in understanding and navigating customs clearance procedures.
Ensure all imported goods meet compliance requirements and that all documentation is correct and complete.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the shipping industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures and import laws and regulations.
