Job Title: Insurance Customer Service

Being an integral part of our team, the Insurance Customer Service representative will serve as a direct point of contact for customers, providing them with comprehensive support on insurance-related matters. They'll assist policyholders and potential customers with their inquiries, manage policies, process claims, and other insurance-related tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Insurance Customer Service representative will:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding insurance policies and claims.

• Assist potential customers in understanding and choosing suitable insurance policies.

• Process insurance claims and manage policy renewals and modifications.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest industry practices and regulations.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with policyholders through open and interactive communication.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Customer Service experience in the Insurance industry is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Excellent people skills with a customer-friendly attitude.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.

Necessary Experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support role within the insurance industry.

Additional Requirements

Although not required, being bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
