Responsibilities and Duties:

Our director will put on many hats, from strategic planner to administrative leader, budget manager, policy developer, and resources allocator. You will:

Draw the university's strategic path, in sync with our vision and mission, adjusting plans as necessary.
Lead and support various administrative departments cultivating a spirit of collaboration and innovation.
Craft the university's budget, ensuring strategic allocation of funds and identifying cost savings when needed.
Develop and uphold university policies and procedures, keeping national and local regulations in sight.
Optimize resource allocation for academic and administrative units, focused on efficiency and sustainability.
