Job Title: Commission of Education, Educational Leadership
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as the Commission of Education in our Educational Leadership team at EduMentor Pro. The person will be at the forefront of pioneering education policies, strategies, and initiatives that enhance the quality and accessibility of education within our jurisdiction. This is a paramount position that requires a visionary leader to collaboratively execute duties in policy development, resource allocation, curriculum development, and teacher/staff development.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Commission of Education, Educational Leadership at EduMentor Pro, will have a broad range of responsibilities and duties, including:

Proactive development, review, and recommendation of educational policies and regulations.

Ensuring optimal allocation of resources, including budgetary planning.

Working in collaboration with educators and experts to design and implement effective curriculum standards for diverse student populations.

Creation and implementation of professional development programs for educators and staff to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
Applicants should possess:

A master’s degree or higher in Education Management or a relevant discipline.

Extensive knowledge of the education sector and current trends influencing it.

Experience in policy development, curriculum development, and staff training.

Strong leadership skills with an ability to drive strategic vision and implement innovative initiatives.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Necessary Experience:
Applicants must have a minimum of ten years of experience in educational leadership or administration with a successful track record of policy reform and implementation.
