Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
To be considered for this role, the candidate must:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
Have a valid teaching certification.
Have prior experience as a Subject Teacher, with evidence of creating effective lesson plans and instructional materials.
Have an understanding of diverse learning styles and the ability to address these in the classroom.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Have commendable organizational skills.
Be able to provide timely and constructive feedback to students regarding their academic performance.
