Job Title: Office Boy
We are seeking an organized and hardworking individual to join our team as an Office Boy. The successful candidate's main role will be to keep the office premises clean and organized, which includes common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen spaces. Additionally, he will provide support in tasks like photocopying, filing, and delivering documents within the office.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain cleanliness and organization in office premises, specifically common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen spaces.
Offer support in administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents throughout the office.
Ensure office equipment is clean and maintained, preparing anything necessary for the next day.
Assist other office staff in duties such as preparing coffee, and office snacks, and running errands as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Basic knowledge of various cleaning equipment and supplies.
Understanding and ability to perform administrative duties.
The high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Capability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
Experience
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary. On-the-job training will be provided.
Additional Requirements
The candidate must be able to lift heavy items and be able to work individually and as part of a team. The candidate must also be reliable, punctual, and able to effectively manage time.
