Job Title: Office Controller

Charlie Cafe is currently seeking a capable and experienced Office Controller to oversee and manage our financial activities. This critical role plays a substantial part in guiding our financial decision-making process in collaboration with senior management. In addition to leading the finance team, the Office Controller will also provide mentorship and support to team members.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your main tasks will focus on supervising and directing all financial activities of the business. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Collaborate with senior management team in financial decision-making processes.

  • Supervise and guide the finance team effectively.

  • Ensure accurate accounting and financial record maintenance.

  • Providing expert advice and support to team members as part of professional development.

Qualifications and Skills

For this important role, we are looking for candidates that possess:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Experience in financial management within a similar industry.

  • Proven experience as an Office Controller or similar role.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
