Serving as the hub of communication and organization, you would be pivotal in assisting our executives and ensuring that all administrative and operational tasks are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified candidates should possess full knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask are fundamental components to this role. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) and office equipment is vital. Knowledge of administrative staff procedures and systems such as managing files and records, stenography, and other office procedures and terminology would also be advantageous.

Experience:

Applicants must have a minimum of three years of related experience in providing support to executives and managing a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.

Additional Job Requirements:

Applicants must be of legal working age and have valid working documentation. Candidates should also be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. The ability to respect confidentiality and a customer service-oriented approach are also valued.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Your role will encompass a variety of duties, including managing and maintaining executives' calendars, coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, and preparing documents and presentations for meetings. Additional responsibilities include handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, maintaining office records, ordering supplies and equipment, welcoming and assisting visitors, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring the office is well-maintained and conducive for productivity.
