Job Title: Government Clerk
Forestpoint Academy is in immediate need of a Government Clerk. This role is pivotal in maintaining an accurate record of all government activities, transactions, and correspondence whilst handling administrative tasks to support our operations.
The perfect candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, detail-orientated, and able to accomplish tasks within set deadlines. Responsibilities and Duties
As a Government Clerk, your core roles will include:
Maintaining accurate records of all government activities, transactions, and correspondence.
Assisting in processing government forms, applications, and permits.
Handling routine administrative tasks to support government operations.
Qualifications and Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with government procedures and protocols.
Experience with record keeping and file management.
Proficiency in using office software applications, databases, and MS Office.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience as a clerk, secretary, or administrative assistant in a government agency is preferred, but not mandatory. Understanding the government process forms an added advantage but is not essential. We value skills and potential as much as experience.
Additional Requirements
All applicants must be either U.S. citizens or have an appropriate permit to work in the USA.
