Job Title: Healthcare Business Manager
We're currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Healthcare Business Manager to join our team at HealthViva Solutions, Inc. Your key role will be managing the financial aspects of our healthcare facility, ensuring efficient operations, and complying with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Your responsibilities will include:
Development and management of the facility's budget, including accurate revenue projections and effective expense control.
Monitoring financial performance, identifying variances, implementing cost-saving measures, and working closely with billing and coding teams to ensure the on-time submission and reimbursement of claims.
Implementation and oversight of operational policies and procedures to increase efficiency and improve patient satisfaction.
Collaboration with clinical leadership to optimize staffing, workflow, and resource allocation.
Evaluation and recommendation of improvements in facility layout and equipment.
Staying current with healthcare regulations and ensuring the facility's full compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
Coordinating with regulatory agencies and conducting internal audits to maintain accreditation.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess:
A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree will be considered an asset.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare financial management or relevant field.
High level understanding of healthcare billing and coding.
Proven experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
