TechHub Towers seeks an experienced and reliable Building Manager and Facility Maintenance Professional. The selected candidate will be tasked with an array of essential duties, using a hands-on approach to ensure our prime commercial real estate is universally in top-tier condition, promoting superior tenant experience, and adhering to legal compliance.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The following tasks are non-negotiable:

• Undertake regular inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural elements.

• Spearhead and oversee maintenance and repairs effectively and efficiently.

• Comply strictly and maintain records of safety and building codes compliance.

• Establish and nurture positive relationships with existing and prospective tenants.

• Address tenant queries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and timely effectiveness.

• Enforce adherence to terms of lease agreements and property rules.

Skills and Competencies:

We expect our Building Manager and Facility Maintenance Professional to display:

• High competency in Building Management.

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair work.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Rigid integrity enforcing lease agreements, property rules and safety codes.

• Competence in record maintenance for compliance and tenant relation purposes.

Necessary Experience and Additional Requirements:

A potential candidate must meet these stipulations:

• At least 3 years proven experience in a similar role.

• Certification or Licence relating to electrical, HVAC, or other relevant field is preferred.

• Awareness and conformity to Health and Safety regulations.

• Reliable, punctual and physically capable to meet job demands.
