The selected candidate will be tasked with an array of essential duties, using a hands-on approach to ensure our prime commercial real estate is universally in top-tier condition, promoting superior tenant experience, and adhering to legal compliance.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The following tasks are non-negotiable:

• Undertake regular inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural elements.

• Spearhead and oversee maintenance and repairs effectively and efficiently.

• Comply strictly and maintain records of safety and building codes compliance.

• Establish and nurture positive relationships with existing and prospective tenants.

• Address tenant queries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and timely effectiveness.

• Enforce adherence to terms of lease agreements and property rules.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair work.
