Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in manufacturing or related fields can be advantageous
Strong hand-eye coordination
Good manual dexterity and physical stamina
Understanding of basic machine operations and maintenance
Ability to lift heavy materials

Responsibilities & Duties
Perform assembly line tasks as dictated by production schedules
Operate machinery, maintain its cleanliness, and report malfunctions
Check outputs to ensure consistent quality and identify defects
Pack final products and prepare them for shipment
Adhere to all safety guidelines and consistently wear protective gear
Additional Requirements
Willing to undergo background checks and drug testing
Compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines
Ability to work overtime when needed
