Responsibilities and Duties

As a Data Associate, you will:

• Enter, update, and cross-check data in our database and information systems.

• Adhere to strict data standards to ensure high-quality data entry.

• Collaborate with teams to rectify data discrepancies.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies.

• Regularly verify and backup data to ensure its authenticity.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is a plus.

• Fluency in data entry systems and database management.

• High attention to detail.

• Excellent typing skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Experience

Previous experience in data entry or equivalent fields is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
