Certification in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong physical ability to perform maintenance tasks.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to be on-call for emergencies.
Must possess a valid driver's license as the role may require some travel.
