Simple Agreement
This agreement ("Agreement") is made this day of 12th March 2050 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the Osvald Institute, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the state of Arizona, with its principal place of business at 606 Maple Lane, #345, Pineville, AZ 85004 ("Osvald Institute"), hereinafter referred to as the "Party A", and Kyle Ellis, an individual with residence at 654 Tranquil Trail, Apt 11, Peaceful Pines, AZ 98765, hereinafter referred to as the "Party B". The parties may be referred to as "Party" or collectively as "Parties."
1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
Party B voluntarily gives his consent to participate in the experiment conducted by Party A. Party B comprehends the nature and purpose of said experiments and the possible risks implied.
2. TERMS AND TERMINATION
This Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and will remain effective until the achievement of the experiment objectives or until terminated by either Party for any reason.
3. COMPENSATION
Party A agrees to compensate Party B with a sum agreeable to both Parties for his participation in the experiment. The compensation will be payable as per the payment schedule decided upon by both Parties.
4. NON-DISCLOSURE
Party B agrees to maintain in strictest confidentiality all proprietary information related to the experiment. This may include but is not limited to, methods, processes, or data.
5. INDEMNITY
Party A agrees to indemnify Party B for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the duration of the experiment, except for those caused by Party B's gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona.
SIGNATURE:
By signing below, both Parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
