This Release and Waiver Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of this 10th day of January 2050, by and between:

1. RELEASE AND WAIVER
In consideration of the opportunity to participate in activities provided by [Your Company Name], including but not limited to zip-lining, rock climbing, and hiking tours ("Activities"), the Releasor hereby voluntarily releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Releasee, its officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with participation in the Activities.
2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Releasor acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, property damage, or financial loss. The Releasor assumes full responsibility for any risk of harm, injury, or loss arising from participation in the Activities.
3. INDEMNIFICATION
The Releasor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasee from any liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action brought against the Releasee arising from the Releasor’s participation in the Activities.
4. NO ADMISSION OF LIABILITY
This Agreement does not constitute an admission of liability or wrongdoing by the Releasee, who expressly denies any liability or wrongdoing.
5. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral.
7. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
The Releasor acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them. The Releasor also acknowledges that they are signing this Agreement freely and voluntarily.
