SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

This Service Level Agreement (the "Agreement") dated this first day of January 2050, is between Vanguard Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as "Client", and Cloud Z Solutions, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor".

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

1. SERVICES:
The Contractor will provide the Client with the following services: Data and Cloud Security Services. This includes, but is not limited to, data protection, intrusion detection, securing applications, and cloud infrastructure.

2. STANDARD OF SERVICE:
The Contractor will perform all services with skill, care, diligence, and best professional practices acknowledged in the industry. All data stored by the Client will be secured with high-level encryption and the latest cyber-security techniques.

3. PERFORMANCE METRICS:
The Contractor shall ensure an uptime of 99.99% for all security services, including data protection and intrusion detection. In the event of a security breach, the Contractor will ensure that the issue is resolved within 1 hour of the notification of the breach.

OBLIGATIONS:

1. CLIENT'S OBLIGATIONS:
The client is responsible for keeping up-to-date with changes to data security standards, laws, and regulations and for ensuring that data stored on the cloud is in compliance.

2. CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS:
The contractor will maintain adequate human and technical resources to deliver the services outlined.

TERM OF AGREEMENT:

This Agreement will commence on January 1, 2050, and will remain in full force and effect until completion of the Services, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement.

TERMINATION:

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon providing a thirty (30) day prior written notice. Upon termination of this Agreement, Contractor will invoice Client for any Services provided before the effective date of the termination.

GOVERNING LAW:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York.

By signing below, the Client and the Contractor agree to the terms of this Service Level Agreement.
