• Monitor inmate activities and supervise their daily routines.

Administrative Duties:

• Executing procedural operations such as inmate counts.

Communication & Conflict Resolution:

• Intervene in conflicts and applying proper tactics to resolve volatile situations.

• Communicate effectively with inmates, colleagues, and supervisors.

• Maintain clear lines of communication with large masses of individuals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience as a correctional officer, law enforcement officer or in a related role is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

• Demonstrated integrity and responsibility.

• Physical stamina and resilience.

• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems rapidly and efficiently.
