Job Title: Food Service Associate
Job Summary/Objective:
We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Food Service Associate. The ideal person for this role loves working with food and serving people and has a real commitment to building a fantastic dining experience. This is a key role within our organization and you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring that our customers have a top-quality experience every time they visit or order from us.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare and serve food by hygiene and safety regulations
Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage food and beverage inventory, reordering supplies as needed
Assist in meal planning and preparation strategies for various events
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years experience in a Food Service environment. A food handler's license, culinary training, or experience in restaurant management are also key advantages.
Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional food handling and preparation skills
Outstanding customer service abilities
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and menu planning
Effective communicator who works well in team environments
