Wedding Contract
This Wedding Contract (the "Contract") is made and entered into this [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [YOUR NAME], with an address situated at [YOUR COMPANY NAME] (hereinafter referred to as the "Wedding Planner"), and [CLIENT'S NAME], with an address situated at [CLIENT'S COMPANY ADDRESS] (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
1. Services
The Wedding Planner agrees to provide wedding planning services (the "Services"), which include but are not limited to venue selection, coordination of vendors, design and decor planning, and on-site management during the wedding event scheduled to take place on [DATE] (the "Event").
1.1 Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the client, a non-refundable deposit equal to [percentage] of the total agreed-upon fee will be retained by the Wedding Planner. Cancellations made within [specific number of days] of the [Event Date] will result in the forfeiture of the entire agreed-upon fee. Any cancellation made by the Wedding Planner due to unforeseen circumstances will result in a full refund of any fees paid by the client.
2. Payment
The payment for the services rendered will be conducted according to a schedule agreed upon mutually by both parties. Further details regarding the mode, manner, and specific payment dates will be outlined in a Payment Schedule document, which will be an integral part of this Agreement. 3. Representation of Legal Capacity
The parties affirm that they possess the legal capacity to enter into this Wedding Contract. They acknowledge that they have undertaken all requisite actions to authorize the signing and fulfillment of this Agreement by the applicable laws and regulations.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties shall maintain and respect the confidential nature of all information that is classified as confidential by either party and will only disclose said information as required by law or approved in writing by the party to which the confidential information pertains.
5. Termination
In the event of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by either party, the non-breaching party reserves the right to terminate this contract upon written notice if the breach remains uncured within [specific days period] of notification. Such termination shall be without prejudice to any rights or remedies accruing to the non-breaching party under this Agreement or at law.
