Job Title: Production Operations Manager

Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule and ensuring cost-effective production.
Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
Working with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization.
Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
Responsible for the production process of the project from the layout design to the final outgoing inspection and delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of seven years of experience in a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Production Operations Manager or similar role is a must.
