Job Summary/Objective:

The Continuous Improvement Operations Manager will actively lead strategic initiatives throughout the organization. Enhance performance, productivity, and efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with company leadership and departmental teams to achieve operational goals and streamline business processes. The primary aim is to instigate lasting change and uphold improvements across the entire enterprise.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Collaborate with team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Train cross-functional partners on the techniques and benefits of continuous improvement strategies.

  • Monitor, assess, and report on projects and initiatives, using metrics and KPIs to track success and identify areas where change is needed.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. 

  • Candidates should have seven years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry, with a demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrable experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Strong project management and leadership skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
