Job Title: Career and Technical Education (CTE) Teacher
As a Career and Technical Education Teacher, you'll be responsible for equipping students with the practical skills and knowledge needed to excel in a wide range of technical careers. You'll plan lessons, appraise student performance, and develop engaging teaching materials that meet industry standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Plan, develop, and execute lessons that reflect the curriculum and CTE standards.
Monitor students’ progress, assign tasks, and correct homework.
Adapt teaching methods to meet students' varying needs and interests.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and practices.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in technical education or related field.
A valid teaching qualification.
At least 2 years of experience teaching in a related subject area.
