Free Marketing Event Catering Agreement

This Marketing Event Catering Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this 10th day of November, 2054, (the "Effective Date") by and between: [Your Company Name], Inc., a company organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, with its principal office located at [Your Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and Citywide Marketing Solutions, LLC, a company organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, with its principal office located at 789 Marketing Boulevard, Cityville, CA 67890 (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").

WHEREAS, the Company offers catering services for corporate events, and the Client wishes to engage the Company's catering services for its upcoming marketing event, hereinafter referred to as the "Event";

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the Company and the Client (collectively referred to as the "Parties") hereby agree as follows:

1. Event Details

The event is scheduled for November 15, 2054, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Grand Plaza Hotel, located at 123 Main Street, Cityville, State, and is expected to host approximately 150 attendees.

2. Catering Services

2.1. The Company agrees to provide catering services for the Event, including but not limited to:

• Food preparation and presentation

• Beverage service

• Service staff as required

• Equipment and utensilsCleanup and removal of catering-related materials

3. Payment

3.1. The Client agrees to remit a total fee of $12,500 to the Company for the catering services. 

3.2. This payment will be divided into two installments. Initially, a 50% deposit is due upon signing this agreement to secure the catering services for the specified event date.

3.3. Subsequently, the remaining 50% of the total fee shall be paid one week prior to the scheduled Event.

3.4. The Client shall ensure timely payment in accordance with this schedule to guarantee the successful execution of the catering services for their event.

4. Event Promotion

4.1. The Company shall collaborate with the Client to promote the Event through social media, email marketing, and any other mutually agreed-upon promotional channels.

4.2. The Company may display its branding and marketing materials at the Event, subject to the Client's approval.

5. Cancellation

5.1. In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following cancellation fees shall apply: If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the Event date, the Client shall be responsible for a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total fee. However, if the cancellation takes place within 30 days of the Event date, the Client shall be responsible for a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total fee.

5.2. In the event of cancellation by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to the Client.

6. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the Event.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Marketing Event Catering Agreement as of the Effective Date.
