Free Marketing Event Live Streaming Agreement

This Marketing Event Live Streaming Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on October 9, 2050 (the "Effective Date") by and between:

[Your Company Name]., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States, with its registered office located at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Event Organizer" or "Company,"

and

StreamTech Services LLC, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Streamland, with its registered office located at St Louis, Missouri 63101, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider."

(Collectively referred to as the "Parties")

1. Scope of Services

1.1 The Service Provider agrees to provide live streaming services for the marketing event titled TechSummit 2050 (the "Event") scheduled to take place on November 15, 2050 (the "Event Date").

1.2 The live streaming services shall include the following:

• Live video streaming of the Event.

• Technical support during the live stream.

• Any other specific services agreed upon.

2. Compensation

2.1 In consideration for the Services provided by the Service Provider, the Event Organizer shall pay the Service Provider the sum of $10,000 (the "Fee").

2.2 Payment shall be made as follows: 50% due upon signing this Agreement, with the remaining 50% due within 15 days after the Event Date.

3. Responsibilities

3.1 Event Organizer's Responsibilities:

• Provide all necessary event details and content to be streamed, including any presentations, videos, or materials.

• Ensure all necessary copyrights and permissions for content are obtained.

• Promote the live stream to its audience through marketing efforts.

3.2 Service Provider's Responsibilities:

• Provide the necessary technical equipment and personnel to ensure the successful live stream.

• Ensure the quality and reliability of the live stream, including testing equipment before the Event.

• Provide technical support during the live stream to address any issues promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: The intellectual property rights to the live stream and any recorded content shall remain with the Event Organizer. The Service Provider may retain the right to use the live stream for promotional purposes with the Event Organizer's consent.

5. Termination

5.1 Either Party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other Party breaches any material provision of this Agreement. Termination shall be effective 30 days from the date of written notice.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both Parties shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of this Agreement, including but not limited to event details, technical specifications, and financial information.

7. Governing Law

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Techlandia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Techville, Techlandia in accordance with the rules of the Tech Arbitration Organization.

8. Entire Agreement

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.

9. Amendment

9.1 Any amendment to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
