SALES AGREEMENT FOR EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

1. SERVICES

1.1. The Company agrees to provide the Client with photography services ("Services") for an event specified by Client. 2. COMPENSATION

4. USAGE RIGHTS

5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

5.1. Should the Client need to cancel or reschedule the event, the Client agrees to provide [Your Company Name] with notice as soon as practicable. In the case of cancellation, [Your Company Name] shall be entitled to retain the initial deposit as liquidated damages.
