Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all departments work together seamlessly to provide high-quality care to our residents.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, and stays up-to-date with changes in healthcare legislation and standards of practice.

  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the facility's budget, oversee billing processes, and implement financial strategies to maintain fiscal health and sustainability.

  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that all team members are qualified and motivated to provide exceptional care and service to our residents.

  • Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor programs that ensure the quality of care and services, address residents' complaints and grievances, and make improvements as necessary.

  • Resident Relations: Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, ensuring their needs and preferences are met, and their dignity and rights are respected.

  • Community Engagement: Act as a liaison between the facility and the wider community, including residents' families, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies, to maintain positive relationships and a strong reputation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in healthcare administration.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and financial management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and implement changes effectively.
