PARKING AGREEMENT
This Parking Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on January 7, 2055, by and between NeoEdge, located at Reno, NV 89501 hereinafter referred to as the "Provider", and Javier Jacobs, located at Las Vegas, NV 89101, hereinafter referred to as the "User".
1. Parking Space
1.1 The Provider agrees to grant the User the non-exclusive right to park one (1) motor vehicle, described as Honda F1, 2050, License Plate Number NV 0053, in the designated parking space located at Reno, NV 89501, hereinafter referred to as the "Parking Space".
1.2 The individual or entity that is identified as the User in this agreement consents, agrees, and commits to utilizing the Parking Space exclusively to park their specified motor vehicle. The User guarantees not to use the said Parking Space for any other endeavors or activities outside of this specified usage.
2. Term
2.1 The period in which this Agreement will be effective and binding will begin on the specified start date. This Agreement will be continuous and remain in force unless and until either party chooses to end it. Termination of the Agreement can be initiated by one or both parties at any time, however, a written notice must be given by the party desiring to end the Agreement. This notice has to be provided at least 5 days in advance of the intended date of termination.
3. Fees
3.1 The User acknowledges and accepts that, for the privilege of using the Parking Space provided, they are obligated to compensate the Provider. This will be carried out in the form of a monthly payment of an agreed-upon amount of $100. The User also agrees that this fee will be due on the first day of each month.
3.2 Payments are required to be made by the User to the Provider in an electronic form. These electronic transactions may take various forms which provide flexibility to the User. Among these payment methods are bank transfers, which involve the User directly transferring funds from their bank account to the Provider's. Further options include the use of online payment platforms. Examples of these platforms are PayPal and Venmo. These systems are online-based and allow the User to transfer the payment securely and conveniently to the Provider.
4. Parking Rules and Regulations
4.1 The User agrees to abide by all rules and regulations established by the Provider for the use of the Parking Space, including but not limited to:
(a.) Parking only in the designated space assigned to the User.
(b.) Displaying a valid parking permit or authorization in the vehicle at all times.
(c.) Not blocking access to other vehicles or obstructing traffic flow within the parking area.
(d.) Not engaging in any illegal activities or behavior that may cause damage to the property or endanger other users.
5. Termination
5.1 The terms of this agreement provide that either member of this agreement may decide to terminate or end the obligations contained herein. To do so, the party wishing to terminate the agreement is required to provide a written notice to the other party involved, with a period of at least 10 days notice. Importantly, the party wishing to terminate the agreement is not required to provide any particular reason for the termination. In other words, the termination can occur for any reason or no reason whatsoever.
6. Liability
6.1 If the User's vehicle or its contents undergo damage, loss, or theft whilst being parked in the Parking Space, the Provider is under no obligation or liability to provide compensation or take responsibility for said damage, loss, or theft.
6.2 The individual or entity that is utilizing the service, hereby referred to as the User formally declares their agreement to accept full responsibility and provide necessary compensation in the event of any charges, losses, debts, or obligations. These claims, damages, or liabilities, originate from or have a connection to the User's actions in terms of their utilization of the Parking Space provided. Additionally, the User also confirms to exempt, protect, and absolve the individual or entity offering the service, known as the Provider, from these mentioned potential drawbacks.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Nevada.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
