Parking Permit Agreement
This Parking Permit Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the "Permit Issuer" and the "Permit Holder" as of the date of the last signature below.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Permit Holder is authorized to use a designated parking space owned or managed by the Permit Issuer.

3. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on January 9, 2060 and shall remain in effect until June 9, 2060, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
4. Fees
The Permit Holder agrees to pay a fee of $600 for the permit duration specified in this Agreement. Payment shall be made by PayPal on or before January 5, 2060.
5. Responsibilities and Obligations
The Permit Holder agrees to abide by all parking regulations and signs posted on the property. The Permit Holder shall maintain the parking permit visibly in the vehicle at all times.
6. Liability
The Permit Issuer shall not be liable for any damage to or theft of the Permit Holder's vehicle or its contents while parked in the designated space. The Permit Holder agrees to park at their own risk.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
