  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
