We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and employee benefits management
Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans
Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and positive work environment
Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement and satisfaction
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
