Saudi Aramco’s organizational chart is structured to ensure efficient management of its vast operations. At the top level, the company is led by the President and CEO, who oversees the entire organization and reports directly to the Board of Directors. Directly beneath the CEO are several senior executives, including executive vice presidents responsible for major divisions such as Upstream, Downstream, Finance, and Corporate Affairs. The third level consists of vice presidents and general managers who head specific departments and key business units within these divisions, managing day-to-day operational functions. At the fourth level, directors and department managers oversee specialized teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency across various technical, commercial, and support functions throughout the company.
