Free Meta Platforms Organizational Chart
Here is a brief summary of the organisational structure of Meta Platforms (formerly Facebook), covering up to five levels where publicly available. At the top sits Mark Zuckerberg as Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and he maintains overarching control of strategic direction across all of Meta’s products, services and global operations. Directly below him are his key C-suite and functional executives: for example, Javier Oliván serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing business operations, growth and international execution; Susan Li as Chief Financial Officer, charged with financial planning, investment and investor relations; Andrew Bosworth as Chief Technology Officer, leading hardware, AR/VR, AI and the Reality Labs unit; and Chris Cox as Chief Product Officer, responsible for the product strategy across Meta’s family of apps. Beneath those executives are broader divisions, such as the units for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Reality Labs, and regional operations; for example, the head of WhatsApp reports into the product organisation and ultimately into Chris Cox. Below those divisions are managers and directors of functional teams such as engineering, design, growth, partnerships, operations and analytics. Many of those teams break further into staff and individual contributors handling day-to-day product development and operations. Because Meta employs tens of thousands of people across many product lines and geographies, precise public information for all five levels for every division is not available.
