Free China Resources Organizational Chart
At the highest level of China Resources Group’s organizational structure is the Board of Directors together with its overarching supervisory committee, which provides strategic governance and aligns the group’s objectives with state-owned enterprise mandates. Directly beneath this governance tier is the executive management team of the holding company, which is responsible for carrying out board directives, establishing group policy, allocating capital across business segments, and overseeing the six major business areas the group engages in. On the third level are the heads of the principal business divisions — covering sectors such as consumer products, integrated energy, urban construction and operations, healthcare, industrial finance, and technology & emerging industries — each of which functions like a strategic business unit under the holding company umbrella. At the fourth level lie the general managers or vice presidents of operating subsidiaries and regional units who lead profit-centers and business entities within those divisions, managing day-to-day operations, performance targets, and regional implementation of strategy.
