At the top of the organizational chart of AT&T Inc. sits the Board of Directors, which is responsible for governance, oversight and setting the company’s long-term strategic direction. Reporting to the Board is the Chief Executive Officer, who leads the company’s operations, sets corporate priorities and ensures that management executes on the strategy. On the third level the company is organised into major business segments and functional leadership, such as the division responsible for communications services covering mobility and broadband, the Latin America regional business segment, and corporate functions like technology, legal, finance and human resources that support the operating units.
