Free Shandong Energy Group Organizational Chart

Here is a brief summary of the organizational structure of Shandong Energy Group from the first level through the fourth level, without naming individuals. At the highest level the Group is overseen by its Board of Directors along with the Party Committee, which set the overall strategic direction, governance and alignment with the provincial state-owned assets supervisory authority. Immediately beneath this governance tier is the executive management team at the holding company level, which is responsible for implementing the board’s decisions, coordinating the major business portfolios and driving enterprise-wide performance of the Group. On the third level the Group’s structure is organised into its major business segments such as mining (coal and associated resources), electric power generation, high-end chemicals & new materials, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy & transition sectors, and modern logistics & trade; each segment functions as a strategic business unit under the holding company umbrella. At the fourth level each of those business segments contains operating subsidiaries, regional units and functional divisions (for example, production mines and power plants, chemical processing facilities, manufacturing bases, trade & logistics platforms) led by general managers or division heads who report into the segment leadership, and who oversee day-to-day operations, implementation of strategy, safety and environmental compliance, and performance in their respective units.
