Here is a brief summary of the organizational chart of Mitsubishi Corporation, from the first level up to the fourth level, without mentioning individual names. At the very top sits the General Meeting of Shareholders, followed by the Board of Directors and the Audit & Supervisory Committee, which together provide oversight, governance and strategic direction for the company. Reporting into the Board is the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) together with an Executive Committee which executes the board’s mandates, oversees the overall corporate operations and makes decisions on high-level investment, risk and global strategy.
