Free Dark Blue Porter's Five Forces Analysis Chart
This template is a fast-paced Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) Example that focuses on analyzing the initial user experience through three distinct Stages: 1. Onboarding, 2. Sign-up, and 3. Purchase. The primary goal is to quickly identify pain points and propose solutions to improve conversion rates. For each stage, the map provides visual Screenshots and identifies what is "What is bad" (e.g., too many fields, no intro video, weak social proof) to highlight negative elements. It then proposes "Your solution" (e.g., add more than 4 features, add intro video, add strong social proof) to address these issues. The template also tracks the anticipated "Metrics change" (e.g., CR up 10%, CR in sign-up up 20%) to quantify the impact of the proposed solutions. Finally, a section for "References/Competitor solutions" provides examples for each stage. A dedicated Conclusion box emphasizes the importance of a strong onboarding process and simplifying sign-up to significantly increase conversion.
