Management Contract

MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

A management contract is a legally binding agreement between two parties, typically a management company or individual (the "Manager") and a client or principal entity (the "Client"), wherein the Manager agrees to provide specific services in exchange for compensation. These contracts outline the scope of services to be performed, the duration of the agreement, the terms of compensation, and various other provisions governing the relationship between the parties. Management contracts are commonly used in various industries, including business management, talent management, property management, and project management, among others, to formalize the responsibilities and expectations of both parties involved.
