HEALTH & SAFETY COMMITTEE CONTRACT

This Health & Safety Committee Contract ("Contract") is entered into on this [Month Day, Year] (“Effective Date") between [Your Company Name] ("Company") and [Your Partner Company Name / Second Party] (“Committee”).

WHEREAS, the Company is committed to ensuring the health and safety of its employees and complying with all relevant health and safety laws and regulations; and

Formation of Health & Safety Committee

1.2. The Committee shall meet regularly, at a frequency of every [two weeks], to discuss and address health and safety concerns within the workplace.

Committee Responsibilities

2.1.2. Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies and procedures.

2.1.3. Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses.

2.1.4. Make recommendations to management for improvements in health and safety.

2.1.5. Promote employee participation and awareness in health and safety matters.

Committee Members

3.1. Committee members shall serve voluntarily and be selected through a fair and transparent process.

3.2. Committee members shall receive appropriate training to fulfill their roles effectively.

Meetings and Communication

4.1. The Committee shall hold meetings according to a schedule agreed upon by its members.

4.2. Minutes of each meeting shall be documented and shared with all employees.

4.3. The Committee shall maintain open lines of communication with all employees regarding health and safety matters.

Compliance with Laws

5.1. The Company and the Health & Safety Committee shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local health and safety laws and regulations.

Term of Contract

6.1. This Contract shall remain in effect until terminated by mutual agreement or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
