Remote Work Agreement

1. Remote Work Schedule

2. Communication and Availability
During office hours, the employee must maintain regular communication with their boss and teammates via email, Slack, and Zoom, and should promptly address work-related inquiries and requests.
3. Work Environment
Employees shall ensure a suitable and distraction-free work environment conducive to performing job responsibilities effectively, including access to necessary equipment, a reliable internet connection, and a dedicated workspace.
4. Performance Expectations
Regardless of where they are working remotely, employees are expected to achieve performance standards and deliverables as defined in their job descriptions and performance objectives.
5. Confidentiality and Data Security
Employee shall adhere to Employer's confidentiality and data security policies and procedures, safeguarding confidential information and proprietary data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
6. Equipment and Expenses
The employer shall provide necessary equipment and resources for remote work, including but not limited to a laptop, monitor, and ergonomic chair. Employees shall use such equipment responsibly and for work-related purposes only. Any approved expenses incurred by Employee for remote work shall be reimbursed by Employer by company policy.
7. Reporting and Documentation
Employee shall maintain accurate records of hours worked, tasks completed, and any remote work-related activities, as requested by Employer.
8. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Employee shall return any Employer-provided equipment and materials in their possession and shall cease remote work activities immediately.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
10. Amendments
Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement shall be made in writing and signed by both parties.
11. Entire Agreement
