The overall aim is to ensure that all tasks and projects are completed successfully.

3. Communication and Collaboration

For the Team to achieve a seamless pattern of operation and ultimate success, it is critically important to have an effective communication system in place. Every person assigned to the Team must understand and agree to discharge their responsibilities towards this aim. This includes promptly responding to all forms of communication such as emails, and messages, as well as requests for information or assistance whenever they arise, without any unnecessary delay.

5. Performance and Expectations

6. Confidentiality

Members acknowledge the sensitive nature of certain information shared within the Team and agree to maintain strict confidentiality. 7. Governing Law
