Speaker Agreement
This Speaker Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between [YOUR NAME] (the "Organizer") and [SPEAKER NAME] (the "Speaker") (collectively, the "Parties") and is intended to establish the terms and conditions under which the Speaker agrees to provide professional speaking services to the Organizer.
1. SCHEDULE AND SERVICES
The Speaker shall provide speaking services at an event organized by the Organizer. The date, time, location, and duration of the event shall be agreed upon and communicated by the Organizer to the Speaker promptly. The Organizer shall provide all necessary amenities and equipment required by the Speaker.
2. COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

6. PROMOTION AND MARKETING
The Organizer may use the Speaker's name, likeness, and biography for promotional purposes related to the event, with the Speaker's prior approval.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Speaker retains ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with their presentation materials or content unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
The Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Speaker's breach of this Agreement or negligence.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during their engagement unless required by law to disclose such information.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or government regulations.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration following the rules of [Arbitration Organization], with each Party bearing its costs and expenses.
