I. Introduction

The Spa Guide must maintain all required qualifications and certifications necessary to perform spa services. The Spa may provide additional training as needed.
VII. Equipment and Supplies
The Spa shall provide necessary equipment and supplies for the Spa Guide to perform their duties. The Spa Guide is responsible for the proper care and maintenance of such equipment.
VIII. Liability and Insurance
The Spa Guide is required to carry personal liability insurance covering their spa services. The Spa shall maintain liability insurance covering the Spa Guide while performing services on behalf of the Spa.
IX. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
The Spa Guide shall maintain the confidentiality of all client information and proprietary Spa information. The Spa Guide shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties.
X. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation
