Position Overview

• Process payments for memberships, personal training sessions, and retail products.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.

• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed, including monitoring access to the gym floor.

• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating member records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
