1. Biosecurity Measures:

   1.1 Definitions: For the purposes of this Agreement, "Biosecurity Measures" refer to practices, protocols, and procedures designed to prevent, control, and mitigate the introduction and spread of harmful organisms, including pests, diseases, and invasive species.

   1.2 Responsibilities of Party A:

   • Party A will organize training sessions, workshops, and educational programs for Party B's personnel to ensure understanding and adoption of biosecurity best practices.

   1.3 Responsibilities of Party B:

   • Party B agrees to implement and maintain the biosecurity protocols and practices provided by Party A, integrating them into its agricultural operations and supply chain management.

   • Party B will designate qualified personnel responsible for overseeing biosecurity compliance, conducting regular inspections, and promptly reporting any biosecurity incidents or potential risks.

   • Party B will ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and national biosecurity laws, regulations, and standards.

2. Confidentiality:

   2.1 Confidential Information: During the term of this Agreement, both parties may have access to confidential information of the other party, including but not limited to business strategies, technical data, and proprietary information. Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.
