Given the senior nature of this position, you will be required to sign a comprehensive confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement as a condition of employment. All proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive data must be safeguarded in line with company policy.
6. Probation Period
An initial six-month probation period will apply to this role, during which your performance will be reviewed to ensure alignment with [Your Company Name]’s standards and expectations.
