Dear Mr. Goodwin,
I hope this message finds you well. I am excited about the opportunity to collaborate with Zenexus on the logo and branding design for your upcoming product launch. After reviewing the project requirements and understanding your expectations, I would like to propose the following terms to ensure a clear and mutually beneficial agreement.
1. Project Scope
Based on our discussions, the scope of work will include the following deliverables:
Custom logo design (3 initial concepts with 2 rounds of revisions)
Brand style guide (colors, fonts, and logo usage guidelines)
Business card design
These tasks will be completed according to the specifications we’ve agreed upon, with regular updates provided throughout the project.
2. Compensation
For the outlined project, I propose a fee of $2,000 for the complete logo and branding design package. This will cover all services, including design, revisions, and final file delivery. The payment structure will be as follows:
50% deposit upfront: $1,000
50% upon completion: $1,000 (due upon final approval of designs)
3. Timeline
I propose the following timeline for the project:
Project start date: March 20, 2050
Milestone 1: March 27, 2050 – First logo concepts delivered
Milestone 2: April 3, 2050 – Final logo selected and the start of style guide
Final delivery date: April 10, 2050

4. Terms and Conditions
Revisions: The price includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at $100 per hour.
Payment terms: The deposit is due before work begins, and the remaining balance is due within 5 days of final delivery.
Cancellation policy: If the project is canceled after the deposit is paid, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total fee will apply.
