Recitals

WHEREAS, the Client wishes to hire the Babysitter for childcare services on the terms and conditions outlined below;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Babysitter agrees to provide babysitting services for the Client’s child(ren) as detailed below:

3. PAYMENT TERMS

6. SAFETY AND LIABILITY

The Babysitter agrees to exercise reasonable care and diligence in performing the babysitting services and to abide by any safety rules or instructions given by the Client regarding the child(ren).

The Babysitter is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the provision of the babysitting services unless they result from negligence or misconduct on the part of the Babysitter. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Babysitter harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Babysitter’s performance of the services, except in cases of gross negligence.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Babysitter agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information disclosed by the Client. This includes information about the child(ren), the family, or any other private matters. The Babysitter shall not disclose any such information to third parties without the Client’s express consent unless required by law.

8. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

Any complaints regarding the babysitting services must be reported to the Babysitter immediately so that they can be addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any disputes through open communication. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may seek resolution through mediation or other legal remedies available under U.S. law.

9. GOVERNING LAW
