Home Service Agreement
This Home Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Insert Date], by and between:
Parties
The "Service Provider": WinGroup, a company organized and existing under the laws of Louisiana, with its principal place of business at Artesia, LA 90701.
The "Client": Franz Davis, residing at Camden, AR 71701.
Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider will provide home services to the Client as described herein.
Service Description
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services ("Services") to the Client:
Business Consulting: Conduct in-depth analysis of the Client’s operations and market environment, providing strategic recommendations for improving efficiency and profitability.
Custom Software Development: Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions that meet the Client’s business needs, including web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise-level systems.
Data Analytics: Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights, helping the Client make informed business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Cloud Solutions: Offer cloud-based infrastructure and services, including cloud hosting, data storage, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
Ongoing Support and Maintenance: Provide continuous technical support, software maintenance, and regular updates to ensure the Client’s systems remain operational and secure.
Term
This Agreement shall commence on May 2, 2050 and shall continue until May 2, 2051 or until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 20 days written notice to the other party. The Service Provider may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Client fails to make payment as specified under ‘Payment Terms’.
Payment Terms
Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the total amount of $250,000 for the services rendered. Payments shall be made according to the following schedule: every 5th day of the month.
Responsibilities
Service Provider Responsibilities
The Service Provider shall:
Perform the services with reasonable skill and care.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Provide necessary materials and tools to perform the specified services.
Client Responsibilities
The Client shall:
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information exchanged in connection with the performance of this Agreement private and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Louisiana.
Amendments
Any amendments or modifications of this Agreement shall be made in writing and signed by both parties.
