Parking Space Use Agreement
Purpose
This Parking Space Use Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the Parties identified herein for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions under which the Parking Space will be used by the User.
Definitions
"Owner" shall refer to the lawful owner of the Parking Space.
"User" shall refer to the individual or entity granted permission to use the Parking Space.
"Parking Space" refers to the designated area agreed upon by the Parties for vehicle parking purposes.
Term of Agreement
This Agreement shall commence on the effective date set forth herein and shall continue until terminated by either Party with a formal written notice.
Use of Parking Space
The User is permitted to use the Parking Space solely for parking a vehicle. Any other use of the Parking Space shall require prior written consent from the Owner.
Terms and Conditions
Obligations of the Owner
The Owner shall provide the User with access to the Parking Space and ensure that it is maintained in a safe and usable condition.
Obligations of the User
The User agrees to keep the Parking Space clean and free from debris. The User is responsible for any damages incurred during the period of use.
Payment Terms
The User agrees to pay the Owner a monthly fee for the use of the Parking Space. Payment shall be due on the first day of each month unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing.
Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either Party upon a written notice of thirty (30) days. Upon termination, the User shall vacate the Parking Space and remove any personal property.
Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the Parking Space.
Miscellaneous
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Parking Space is located.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings with respect to the same.
Amendment
No amendment, modification, or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both Parties.
Signature
This Agreement is executed and effective as of the date last signed below.
